COVID-19 Update

The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is now having an increasing and unpredictable impact on all aspects of Canadian life, presents a challenge which is both unprecedented and unpredictable.

As you can appreciate, our primary focus is the safety and well-being of our staff. McKellar has already taken steps to mitigate the risk to staff of infection and our Business Continuity Team has developed a comprehensive plan for our office which will address future challenges as they evolve. 

We will ensure that everyone is kept well informed of any critical changes that might occur. Likewise, our valued clients will also be notified immediately of any change in our operational protocols.

In the event our office is subject to temporary quarantine, our IT department has already initiated actions to allow us to continue to provide a continued level of excellent service to clients remotely.

McKellar has made provision for existing clients for whom we have implemented structures to continue to have access to client service representatives for any questions they may have. 

We will be following closely the recommendations of the Federal and Provincial public health authorities and will act accordingly to protect our employees and to continue to provide the unparalleled service that has been the hallmark of McKellar for over 40 years.
