Brittany serves as the President and General Counsel at McKellar.
With a background as a seasoned corporate/commercial litigator and in-house counsel in both the U.S. and Canada, Brittany brings a wealth of experience to our team. Her expertise in advocacy and business strategy have made her a valued leader of McKellar’s executive and legal teams, where she uses an innovative, growth-focused approach to effectively address legal and business challenges.
Recognizing the profound impact structured settlements have on the lives of injured individuals and their families, Brittany is dedicated to ensuring injured Canadians achieve dignity and an enhanced quality of life post-injury. This commitment extends to her role leading McKellar's government relations efforts.
A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Brittany is a huge sports fan - especially of the Michigan Wolverines and all professional Detroit teams. She enjoys baking, entertaining, staying active, and spending time with her husband and three children.
