On behalf of the Board of Directors of McKellar Structured Settlements Inc., and with their unanimous approval, Mary Anne Reuel (Secretary and Treasurer) is pleased to announce the appointment of Brittany C. Gillingham, BA, JD, CSSC, to the position of President and CEO, effective January 1, 2024.

Brittany joined McKellar in 2015 as a member of our in-house Legal Department after working in private practice and in-house settings in the U.S. and Canada.  Brittany became General Counsel of McKellar in 2021. In addition to maintaining active law licenses in Ontario and Utah, she is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA), and the American Association of Settlement Consultants (AASC).

Brittany will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of McKellar. As the oldest and largest structured settlement firm in Canada and an industry leader in North America, Brittany is committed to ensuring that McKellar continues its trajectory of growth and success while maintaining the vision and values it has had since inception. Brittany's leadership, together with the seasoned executive group and best-in-class service team, will ensure McKellar's standard of excellence and outstanding client service will continue well into the future.
