Ralph Fenik, FCIP, President and member of the Board of Directors of McKellar Structured Settlements Inc., will be retiring effective December 31, 2021.

In 1986, Ralph took a leap of faith and left his role as National Casualty Manager for Allstate Insurance Company of Canada to join McKellar as a structured settlement specialist.  It was not long before his leadership skills were recognized, and the role of Managing Principal was added to Ralph’s many other duties.  He was subsequently appointed President in 2009.

In addition to carrying out his duties as Managing Principal and President, Ralph continued to deal with clients and attend mediations, settlement conferences, and pre-trials.  During his time at McKellar, Ralph has personally assisted thousands of injured plaintiffs in securing certainty for their financial futures.

With his singular motto of “Do the right thing - always”, Ralph has been a mentor to every member of the McKellar family.  Those who continue here will do our best to carry this company forward down the road that Ralph paved for us with empathy, care and hard work.
