On behalf of the Board of Directors of McKellar Structured Settlements Inc., and with their unanimous approval, Mary Anne Reuel (Secretary and Treasurer) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rita M. Levato, BA, LL.B., CSSC, to the position of President and CEO, effective January 1, 2022.

Rita joined McKellar in 2000 as a member of our in-house Legal Department after 12 years in private practice in the areas of litigation, corporate/commercial law, and estate law.  She quickly began building relationships with many of our clients and shortly thereafter she turned her focus to working with those clients to implement structured settlements that are specific to each clients' needs.  She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates' Society, the Hamilton Law Association, and the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA).

Rita will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the continued strategic vision and values that are McKellar.  With Rita's leadership, together with the existing outstanding corporate team, McKellar's level of excellence and outstanding client service for which we are known will continue well into the future.
