John P. Rousseau
(LL.B., LL.M., M.B.A., CSSC)
John was instrumental in the early development of McKellar’s Legal Department, and his technical expertise in the field of structured settlements is second to none.
Prior to joining McKellar in 1994, and between trips back to school, John practised personal injury law at Lerners LLP in London, Ontario.
His background in personal injury law, combined with a natural affinity for numbers, has benefitted countless clients at settlement meetings, mediations and meetings with injured plaintiffs. John’s key strength is his ability to simplify difficult concepts, and to speak comfortably with anyone, about anything.
John’s love of learning is surpassed only by his love of travel. When not attending client meetings across the country, John is often flying across the globe with his family, in search of his next travel adventure.
